1.AUDIO ENGINEERS
Responsible for all the technical aspects of the sound recording or other audio production recording
EXPERTISE:
- Sound Knowledge of Audio equipments and Sound technology, PA system(Indoor,Outdoor Stage Monitors, Foh) , Musical instruments, Multi track recording, Handling Analog & Digital Mixers.
- Knowledge of Protools, Nuendo and music related software’s.
- Exposure in television production process, camera and lighting in the area of sound.
- Knowledge about Bible and content editing.
- Excellent knowledge in HINDI language( both in written and oral).
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sound engineer in a reputed organization.
- Diploma or DFT Sound or Engineering Degree related to Media.
- Multi linguistic skills is an added advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent balance, agility, and good sense of timings.
- Excellent hearing concentration and attention to details.
- Self disciplined, reliable and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently, with initiative and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work for long and irregular hours.
- Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.

2.VIDEO EDITORS:
Responsible for editing the video message contents for the programs on the TV.
EXPERTISE:
- Highly proficient with non-linear and computerized video editing systems (Final Cut Studio/Avid), including digital edit controller, digital video mixer, and title generator Video equipments.
- Exposure in television production process, camera.
- Excellent knowledge in HINDI language (both in written and oral).
- Knowledge about Bible and content editing.
- Knowledge about video related quality audio works.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a video editor in a reputed organization.
- Diploma or DFT (Video editing) or Engineering Degree related to Media.
- Multi linguistic skills is an added advantage.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Good color vision, agility, and good sense of timings.
- Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
- Self disciplined, reliable and ability to work under pressure.

3.TV PROGRAM PRODUCERS:
EXPERTISE:
- Knowledge of television production process, camera, lighting.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Budgeting and financial skills.
- IT skills and knowledge of the relevant computer packages. (Final Cut Studio/Avid).
- Knowledge about Bible and content editing.
- Knowledge about video related quality audio works.
- Excellent knowledge in HINDI language (both written and oral).
QUALIFICATION:
- Preferably with 3 Yrs experience as a TV Program Producer in reputed organization.
- Diploma / DFT or Engineering Degree related to Media.
- Multi Linguistic skills is an added advantage.

- Diplomacy and sensitivity.
- Precise attention to details and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight dead lines.
