The Peace Community Chapel in association with Churches and Christian Organizations in Singapore have been prayerfully considering organizing the Divine Visitation Meetings with the Dhinakarans. Accordingly, a Steering Committee of 26 members from 20 Churches and Christian Organizations has been formed. The Committee met on 17th October 2007 and has approved a budget of $399,267.00 (Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred And Sixty-Seven Dollars)

The Holy Spirit impressed upon our hearts the following Scripture in Luke 1:78-79: “Through the tender mercy of our God, with which the Dayspring from on high has visited us; to give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

Accordingly, the event has been entitled “Divine Visitation Meetings” also known as “DVM” with the following objectives:

• To proclaim the Gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ.
• To demonstrate the power of God through divine visitation.
• To show care and concern for the broken hearted.
• To provide free health counselling.
• To provide free health screening.
• To secure blood donations.
