Dear friend, today the Lord says to you from Exodus 19:5, “If you obey My commandments, I will keep you as My treasured possession.” Jesus also says in John 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commands.” When we love Him and keep His commandments, Jesus will manifest to us. If we love Him and keep His commandments, we will become His treasured possession. How careful we should be to love God. God chooses us as His own people; how holy we should be. The Bible says in I Corinthians 6:20, “You were bought at a price.” For you, the Lord sacrificed Himself on the cross. You are bought with His blood. How can we sin against Him? How can we stamp upon His blood? You are a chosen people just for God.

The Lord says, “Out of all nations, you will be My treasured possession.” When God chooses us, He also carefully chooses every blessing in our lives. When God spoke to my dad, Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran, to start Karunya University, the Lord Himself chose the place. My dad was going around looking for a place, and one day the Lord showed him in a dream a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. When my dad could not find such a place, one day a man of God took him to the exact place the Lord had shown him. That place is Karunya in Coimbatore.

Indeed, it is surrounded by mountains. It is fertile land with beautiful surroundings. There is no scarcity of water or food. It is a very blessed place! Today, truly, Karunya University is a blessing for all nations, with students from all around the world studying there, and it is a blessing for the Jesus Calls ministry also. What a great God we have. Likewise, the Lord will bless you, too, dear friend. When the things you are waiting for are not coming to you, do not fret and fume. God has stored all the blessings for you in His storehouse. If you love God and love His commandments, how great is His goodness toward you!

PRAYER: 
Heavenly Father, thank You for choosing me as Your treasured possession. Lord Jesus, You bought me with a price, and I belong to You alone. Help me to love You deeply and obey Your commandments. Keep my heart holy and sensitive to Your voice. Please teach me to trust Your perfect timing. Choose every blessing in my life according to Your will. I surrender myself fully to You. Thank You for Your great goodness, Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
