My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Today, we will meditate on Leviticus 26:11, where God says, "I will put My dwelling place among you." What a great blessing it is to have God in our midst! But when does the Lord come to dwell with us? There are many ways to please the Lord, and among them, there is one simple yet powerful way.
If you read John 14:23, Jesus says, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him." My friend, all you have to do is love the Lord and read His Word. Make it your first act each day. As soon as you wake up, open your Bible, read it, and ask the Lord to come, fill you, and speak to you. In Psalm 32:8, the Lord promises, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye." What a wonderful privilege it is to have Jesus with you every day!
By reading the Word of God, you are honouring Him, and He will be pleased to dwell with you. Then you no longer need to worry about what to do or how to please people. Let all those fears go. If you love the Lord, He will be with you, teaching and guiding you beautifully. In Acts 10:44-46, we read about a man named Cornelius. He sought the Lord diligently. Because of that, God sent His servant Peter to him, and the Lord spoke to him and blessed his entire family. My friend, you too can receive the same blessing. Read the Word of God. Meditate on it. Live a life that pleases the Lord. And God’s presence will remain with you always. Just as He blessed Cornelius, He will bless you and your family in a beautiful way.
PRAYER:
Loving Father, thank You for Your promise to dwell among me. I am filled with joy to know that You, the Creator of heaven and earth, desire to be with me! Lord, teach me to love You more deeply each day. Let my heart hunger for Your Word as my first and dearest act every morning. Speak to me through the Scriptures, instruct me, and guide me with Your loving eye. Help me to let go of every fear and instead rest in Your divine presence. Just as You came to Cornelius and blessed his family, come into my home, Lord. Bless me and my loved ones with Your peace. Let Your Word be alive in me, and let my life be a dwelling place You delight in. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
