My dear friend, today we are meditating on the promise verse found in Isaiah 40:29, "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." Are you tired and worn out? Do you feel like you're putting in so much effort, yet seeing no fruit? Every day you're working hard, carrying so much pressure, and wondering, "When will things change?" Today, God will give you His strength. Lift up your spirit so that you may do everything with ease. But how does God give you this strength? Every day, when you meditate on His Word, He gives you spiritual strength, as He speaks directly to your heart. When you spend time with Him in prayer, He restores your soul and renews your strength. And through divine counsel, He strengthens you with wisdom and direction. 

We see this clearly in the life of Moses. God led Moses' father-in-law, Jethro, to give him divine counsel at a time of great pressure. As Moses led the people of Israel, countless individuals came to him daily for advice and solutions. He was overwhelmed. The burden was heavy. He couldn’t bear it alone. Jethro saw how tired and stressed Moses had become. He lovingly said, “What you're doing is not right. You'll grow tired and weak if you continue doing everything yourself.” Then, he gave Moses wise counsel to delegate tasks, assign capable people, and focus only on the greater matters. In the same way, God will send people to counsel you in the right direction to give you godly advice that strengthens you.

So today, my friend, be encouraged that God will strengthen you when you feel weak. He will speak through His Word. He will renew your soul in prayer. He will send the right people at the right time. As it is written in Isaiah 40:31, "Those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint." So trust in the Lord. Keep your hope in Him. Wait upon Him each day. He will renew your strength, and you will do everything with ease.

PRAYER: 
Loving Lord, I come to You in my weakness, exhausted from the weight I carry. Thank You for Your loving promise that You will give strength to the weary and power to the weak. I lift up my spirit to You. Speak to me through Your Word, restore me in prayer, and renew me daily with Your presence. Send godly counsel into my life, just as You sent Jethro to Moses. Help me to do everything with Your wisdom and move forward with peace and confidence. Let me soar high and strong like an eagle, for You are my strength, my rock, and my ever-present help. In Jesus’ name, I pray,  Amen.
