My friend, God will give you the grace to gain victory in everything. The Word says, “Thanks be to God who gives us victory.” He is the one who has destroyed death and has triumphed over the grave. The greatest enemy is death itself, but Jesus destroyed it and gained victory. If He can conquer death, can He not overcome every situation in your life? Yes, He will lift you up and make you live in victory, no matter what you are facing. That is why Psalm 108:13 proclaims, “With God, we will gain the victory.” When God is with us, Emmanuel, victory follows. Jesus came to be with us, and His name means just that: God with us.

When God is with you, He gives you victory, not by crushing your enemies in wrath, but by lifting you up in blessing. Someone recently asked me why God allows His children to suffer; why wicked people are allowed to lie, gossip, practice witchcraft, demand money, and divide families. I answered, God is not in the business of destroying people. Jesus came to save, not condemn. He sees every soul as His child, and He died for all. So do not expect God to destroy those who do evil. He is in the business of transforming and blessing. When enemies rise, God prepares a table before them and anoints your head with oil. He blesses your children, your hands, your work, and your life, and your enemies will see it and grind their teeth. In the end, they will either repent or destroy themselves, like Judas. Judas, who betrayed Jesus, could have been destroyed by His power. But Jesus, instead, said, “Friend, why have you come?” That is who Jesus is. He blesses those who curse Him. He prays for those who harmed Him. He wept for forgiveness for those who crucified Him. But those who did not repent, like Judas, perished by their own hands.

So do not worry about those who come against you. Instead, pray for them, as Job did. Pray for their salvation. Trust that God will bless you in double measure and restore all that has been taken from you. This is true victory. This is the way God works. He is with you, He will increase you, and you will walk with Him in heavenly places. You may have only a few enemies, but there are millions waiting to love you. That has been my experience in life. Let your heart rejoice in Jesus. Your enemies will either repent and become your friends, or they will fall by their own ways. Meanwhile, you will be lifted up to great heights and given the grace to enter heaven in His perfect timing.

PRAYER: 
Dear Lord, I thank You for being my ‘Emmanuel’. You have destroyed death and given me victory over every trial in my life. I trust that even in the face of wickedness, lies, and betrayal, You are working for my good. Lord, I do not wish harm upon my enemies, but I will pray for them and bless them, as You did. Please fill me with Your grace to forgive, courage to endure, and faith to believe that You are fighting my battles. Anoint my head with oil and restore all that has been lost in my life. Please help me to walk in Your light until I reach my heavenly abode. Thank You, Lord, for loving me so deeply. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
