FIRMLY ESTABLISHED ON THE ROCK

My friend, Jesus says in Matthew 16:18, “...on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Surely, the gates of hell, which indicate the anger of the wicked people, the afflictions caused by terrible disease, the pain caused by losses and even the oppressive thoughts of guilt and condemnation, will not be able to prevail against us.

We Are His Church: Whom does the Lord call “My church”? It is you and me. We are the temple of the living God, and His Spirit dwells in us. The divine power of God will flow from within us and work wonders in our lives. (I Corinthians 3:16 & I Corinthians 6:19) 

Christ Is The Rock: What is this ‘Rock’ upon which the Lord establishes us, His church? Christ Himself is the Rock. It is the unconditional love of Jesus, who emptied Himself and gave Himself as a sacrifice on the cross, which holds us firmly to the Rock like an adhesive. Therefore, no matter how many shortcomings we may have, as we rest in His love and draw close to Him, we will experience His blessings flowing into our lives. (Isaiah 51:1, Romans 8:35 & John 21:15–17)

What are the blessings that come to us when we are firmly established upon Jesus, the Rock?
 
1. Living Water From The Rock: ‘When we look at the people of Israel, we see that they were experiencing severe physical bondage and were also struggling in their relationship with God. Through the waters of the Red Sea, they were cleansed of their past bondages, experiencing a decisive transition from their old life into a new beginning of freedom.’ In the same way, God will bring us out of the old things and lead us into a new life by filling us with the living water, Christ, the Rock. He will break every chain, cleanse us, renew us and make all things new for us. (I Corinthians 10:4 & John 7:37)
 
2. Sweet Provision From The Rock: The Lord will give us His choicest blessings during each season and we will experience the goodness He has prepared for us. (Deuteronomy 32:13)
 
3. Strength From The Rock: When we are firmly established upon the Rock, we will have divine strength to withstand whatever comes against us.  As we build our lives upon His Word, our foundation will become stronger and no storm will be able to destroy what God is building in us and He will cause us to ride upon the high places of the earth. (Luke 6:48, I Samuel 30:6, I Samuel 30:18, Psalm 16:8 & Isaiah 58:14).
 
4. Protection From The Rock: The name of Jesus Christ is upon us, and we are His temple. So let us not be afraid of the powers that rise against us, because the One who dwells in us is greater. Demons or powers of darkness will not prevail against the one whose life is established upon Christ. (Matthew 16:18, Daniel 6:22, Philippians 2:10 & Romans 16:20)
 
“My loving Heavenly Father, help Your children to firmly stand on You, the solid Rock, give them new life through Your living water to experience Your goodness. Let them experience the sweetness of Your provision, Your strength to withstand every storm and the divine protection from every evil power that rises against them. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, Amen.”

IMPACT IN SEPTEMBER– BECAUSE OF YOU
 
On September 25th and 26th, the Lord graciously opened the doors for myself and my son to minister among the battered and bruised people of Manipur. My son, Br. Samuel Dhinakaran, had the privilege of ministering to thousands of young people in Manipur who were longing for a touch from the Lord. God also opened great doors to pray for the Hon'ble Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of the state for His peace to fill the people during their governance. Following our ministry at Manipur, we were graciously invited by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Mizoram as State Guests to pray for the peace, prosperity and blessing of Mizoram on September 27th in his presence. Following which, he received us to pray for him and his family at his residence. 

The Holy Spirit moved powerfully and supernaturally through our family during our Online Prayer Festivals on Sept 12th and 13th amazingly in 6 languages, healing the hearts of the broken and lonely, delivering people from infirmities, addictions, financial difficulties and restoring families. 3.7 lakh people were blessed. ‘Bro.Johnson and Bro.Prem testified to miraculous healing from back pain and spinal problems’ during this meeting.

Thanks to your fervent prayers and generous seed, last month we served and ministered to 5.40 crore people, building lives and families. Here is the impact made through our ministry last month.
 
  • 1.5 lakh visitors prayed in person at Prayer Towers
  • 3.4 lakh calls prayed for through the 24x7 Prayer Helplines
  • 55,200 letters & emails received and prayed for & replied
  • 4.3 crore viewers were touched through the social media ministry.
  • 3195 Special Blessing Meetings were conducted across all the Prayer Towers impacting 1,22,905 people.
  • 1,40,540 people were ministered through the Prayer Oil Ministry.
  • 1.30 lakh visitors were spiritually encouraged through Jesus Calls Website and Mobile App
  • 5,640 children and young people were nurtured in God’s love through Youth Meetings and Kids Club ministries.
 

KARUNYA UNIVERSITY
(Transforming lives through Christ-centred education)
 
  • Karunya earned renewed NBA accreditation for its B.Tech programmes in CSE, ECE and Biotechnology, recognizing the University’s commitment to quality education.
  • Karunya brought sustainable solutions to rural communities through its SMART Village Initiative, installing six solar-powered street lights for around 100 residents of Kalkothipathi Village, with CSR support from NEXTGEN TECHCORP.
  • Karunya researchers filed two new patents for a nutritional chewable toffee and an advanced fluorescent sensor for detecting pesticides and fingerprints, translating innovative research into meaningful real-world applications.
  • Karunya, in collaboration with Bosch Global Software Technologies and supported by Lingaas Technology and Mighty Electronics Equipment Corporation, organised INVENTIT 1.0 – Intra-Divisional Hackathon 2026, where students developed innovative solutions in Smart Healthcare, Smart Agriculture, Industry 4.0 and AI.
  • A Mega Blood Donation Camp was conducted, resulting in 804 units of blood being donated by the karunya students, bringing hope and saving precious lives.
 
 
SEESHA
(Restoring Hope and Rebuilding lives with compassionate care)
 
  • The Garment Production Unit was inaugurated at JC Garden, Vanagaram, Chennai, creating livelihood opportunities for vulnerable women.
  • Assistive device and livelihood assets were distributed to deserving beneficiaries-Push carts, tailoring machines, retrofitted petrol scooters and electric iron boxes.
  • SEESHA also distributed 64 sets of clothes to underprivileged children as a meaningful act of compassion.
  • We launched the SEESHA Assam Flood Relief Initiative 2026 to support families affected by the devastating floods with a goal to raise ₹1 Crore towards the construction of 100 houses.
 

MINISTRY IN OCTOBER

Telephone Prayer Tower Ministry: It operates 24x7 in eight languages, connecting with people from different regions and backgrounds. Every call that comes to the Telephone Prayer Tower represents a person, a family, in a dire situation needing prayer at their critical time of need. Nearly 4 lakhs callers receive prayer for God’s answers. To serve them better, we require 55 new computer systems to replace 20 years old systems which come to 60 lakhs; to ensure that prayer requests are received, recorded and followed up without delay and to function effectively and serve more people seamlessly across India.
 
  • Donate ₹60,000 – to sponsor one computer system or more systems individually or as a family; (The names of donors who sponsor  the entire Prayer Tower system will be displayed on the system in the Prayer Tower for the Prayer Intercessor to remember them daily in prayer as they use the system.)
  • Donate ₹10,000 or more to co-sponsor a system.
  • Donate ₹5,000 or any amount for a system.
