God wants you to be His own people. He loves you so deeply that He will never let you be anyone else's possession. He says, “I have chosen you. I have called you by name. I have bought you with My blood.” You belong to Jesus. Therefore, do not be afraid. You are not an orphan in this world. The Lord declares in Jeremiah 30:22, “You shall be My people, and I will be your God.” He is not only your Master or Friend, but your God and loving Father who cares for you zealously.
How can you enjoy this relationship with Him? First, separate yourself from the world and from sin. As written in 2 Corinthians 6:17, “Come out from among them and be separate.” Your body and mind are the temple of the living God. When you keep yourself pure before Him, He promises, “I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters.” What a privilege to have God dwell among you and walk with you.
Second, humble yourself and pray. According to 2 Chronicles 7:14, even when others have sinned against you or falsely accused you, choose humility before God. Seek His face with a forgiving heart. Then He will hear from heaven, forgive, and bring healing. He will heal your family, your business, your ministry, and every area of your life. Where there has been shame, He will grant praise and honor.
Third, be filled with the Holy Spirit. As 2 Corinthians 3:18 says, by the Spirit of the Lord you will be transformed from glory to glory into the image of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit changes your character, renews your heart, and makes you more like Him every day. Today, release yourself completely into the hands of Jesus. Let go of every fear of man, every feeling of guilt, and every fear of evil powers. Enjoy the blessing of belonging to Him. May the Holy Spirit fill you, break every bondage, drive away every work of darkness, and transform you into the image of Christ. You belong to Jesus, and He will never leave you.
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, thank You for choosing me and making me Your own. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to separate myself from every evil thing. Give me grace to humble myself, pray, and forgive others. Transform me into Your image, Lord. Let every bondage be broken and let Your power fill my life. May I grow in You and bring glory to Your name. Let Your peace guard my heart and mind each day. Help me to walk closely with You and remain faithful to Your calling. Thank You for this blessing. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
