My dear friend, it's a joy for me to greet you this morning. Today, we are meditating on Hebrews 7:25, “He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him”. Yes, my dear friend, what a privilege it is to have Jesus who saves us. Through Jesus, we are able to go to the Father, and we are able to be saved. We see in the Old Testament how people get saved; they go to a priest, confess their sins, and ask for forgiveness from God by offering burnt offerings. Every time they make a mistake or sin against God, they repeat this process to receive forgiveness from God.

But in the New Testament, after Jesus gave His life for us as a sacrifice, He became that permanent priesthood for us to be saved. When we believe in Him, believe that He died for our sins and rose again, and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, according to Romans 10:9, we receive complete salvation. Yes, the word Jesus itself means salvation. He came into this world, leaving all of His comfort and became a sacrifice for us to be free of sin. The wages of sin is death, but He became a sacrifice for us so that when we believe in Him, we will be free of this sin.

When we believe in Jesus, we don’t have to face that consequence, but we have eternal life. Today, believe in Jesus and confess with your mouth that He is Lord. He will give you His salvation. Every day, He will fill you with Himself so that you will live a holy life, free of sin and full of peace. Today, shall we thank the Lord for this great grace and receive it for our lives?

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, I thank You for the gift of complete salvation through Jesus. Thank You for sending Him to take away my sins and give me eternal life. Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me and rose again. I confess with my mouth that You are my Lord and Saviour. Cleanse my heart and fill me with Your presence every day. Help me to walk in holiness and live free from sin. Let Your peace rule my life and Your grace sustain me. Thank You for loving me and saving me completely. I receive this salvation with a grateful heart. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
