Dear friends, I am glad to meditate on God's Word with you today. Today's promise is from Psalm 34:7: “The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them.” I would like to share an incident from my childhood. During our family prayer time, my sister Sharon and I would kneel beside our parents with great reverence, folding our hands and praying sincerely. But halfway through the prayer, while my grandfather was leading us, we became distracted and started playing with each other. Hearing the noise, my father disciplined us immediately, even while the prayer was going on.

After the prayer ended, something remarkable happened. My grandfather, who had not witnessed the incident, asked my father, "Did you beat both of them?" My father was surprised and asked how he knew. My grandfather replied that the Lord had shown him two angels standing beside us. When we were disciplined, those angels came rushing to stand by our side.

Why did God send those angels? Because, as children, we feared the Lord, obeyed our parents, sang songs for Him, shared Bible stories on television, and desired to do His will. The Lord placed His angels around us to guard and protect us. It was an unforgettable reminder of God's loving care.

My dear friends, that same promise belongs to you today. The Lord has appointed His angels to guard you personally. They protect you from every evil attack, danger, and harmful plan of the enemy. You are never alone. As you fear the Lord, walk in obedience, and serve Him faithfully, His watchful eyes remain upon you. No evil will prevail against your life because He Himself delivers those who trust in Him. Hold on to this promise with confidence. The God who commands His angels concerning you will protect you, deliver you, and lead you safely through every challenge.

PRAYER: 
Dear Lord, thank You for Your precious promise that the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear You and delivers them. Help me to live in reverence, obedience, and faithfulness before You each day. Surround me and my family with Your holy angels and protect us from every evil attack, danger, sickness, fear, and every plan of the enemy. Break every chain that hinders our progress and grant us complete deliverance by Your mighty power. Fill our hearts with Your peace, courage, and joy. Let us walk confidently in Your presence, serve You faithfully, and glorify Your name in all that we do. May Your divine protection remain upon us always. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
