Dear friend, I am sure you are in God’s presence today. The Almighty Himself will lead us into His blessings, as Proverbs 22:29 says: “Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men.” Excelling in work is not merely about talent or skill, but about having a spirit open to the Lord, listening to His guidance, and walking in His wisdom. In our organization, a person teaching digital marketing displayed such passion—her ideas and vision caught the attention of the leaders. God, through the Holy Spirit, guided my father to meet her, and as a result, she was entrusted with the important responsibility of leading the digital marketing and media. This shows that when we follow God’s direction and work with an obedient spirit, He positions us before kings and leaders, giving us opportunities far beyond our own efforts.
Excellence comes from seeking God daily and asking Him for guidance: “Lord, what should I do today?” When we pray and open our hearts to His voice, the Holy Spirit gives wisdom and ideas far beyond our own understanding. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the thoughts He plants in us can create great impact.
One inspired thought, worked through His Spirit, can influence leaders and shape organizations. Our work becomes more than tasks; it becomes a platform for God to display His glory. God equips us with strength, skill, and divine insight, allowing us to excel in ways that honor Him and serve others.
Prayer:
Loving Lord, I am nothing without Your wisdom. I am weak without Your mighty power. I have no skill without Your grace. Fill me with Your thoughts and guidance. Empower me with Your strength and ability. Let the Holy Spirit lead my work. Use me to amaze the leaders who watch me. Let everything I do display Your glory. Perform miracles through me, Lord. Make me excellent and shine Your goodness in all I do. Amen.
