My dear friend, today the Lord says that He’s so proud of you. That’s what we read from Zephaniah 3:17: “The Lord your God is with you. He will take great delight in you.” What a privilege it is that the Most High God is proud of you. It doesn’t matter if nobody else is proud of you. Jesus Himself is proud of you. I have just come here to remind you of that. You might say, “Oh, I’m working so hard, but nobody is encouraging me. My parents don’t even see all the hard work. My children don’t see all the suffering that I’m going through because of them.” But today the Lord says that He is proud of you. What else do we need, my dear friend?

The Most High God looks down on you and loves you so much. One day, when I was doing my first year of my post-graduation, the first year is very difficult, and I had Katie, who was just two years old. One day I finished all my work, and by the time I came home it was two o’clock in the midnight. I just came, saw Katie, gave her a kiss, slept for a while, and got up to leave. I had to be back in the hospital by at least 6:30 a.m, so I had to leave the house by 5:30 to reach the hospital on time. I was so exhausted that day, and I said, “Lord, why are You making me go through all of this? It is so difficult.” I’m sure many of you might be going through the same thing.

That day at five o’clock, when I was leaving, at exactly the same time, my uncle, Paul Dhinakaran, came out. Every time I used to see him, he would pray over me as I was leaving. And God spoke through him, saying, “My child, I’m so proud of you. All the sacrifices and the efforts that you’re doing now will surely be blessed.” And that is what the Lord tells you today also. No matter what you’re going through, the Lord is so proud of you. So do not give up. The Lord sees all your tears and your sacrifice.

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, thank You for reminding me that You are proud of me. When no one understands my tears and sacrifice, You see it all. Please strengthen me, Lord, when I feel exhausted and unseen. Help me not to give up during the waiting season. I surrender every effort and every pain into Your hands. Let Your promises be fulfilled in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
