Dear Friend, Today’s promise is from Psalm 25:9, “The humble He guides in justice, and the humble He teaches His way.” God loves to walk with those who are humble. Just like a teacher delights to guide a student who listens carefully, God delights to lead His children who bow before Him saying, “Lord, I don’t know much, but You know everything. Teach me.” When we humble ourselves, God Himself becomes our Teacher, and His ways bring us true success, justice, and honour.
We see this truth in the life of a philosopher who loved the Lord. Once, a popular talk show in America mocked him for half an hour, hurting his reputation. Yet he did not fight back, complain, or respond harshly. Instead, he chose silence and trusted God. In time, the Lord gave him such wisdom that many other shows began to invite him. People were amazed at his words, and he became one of the most respected philosophers of his generation. The very talk show that once mocked him later honoured him with high praise. This is what the Lord does - He guides the humble in justice and lifts them up before men.
Dear friend, God will do the same for you. The world may mock you, belittle you, or misunderstand you. But if you walk humbly with the Lord, He will teach you His way, fill you with wisdom, and lift you up in due time. You don’t need to fight your own battles; the Lord Himself will establish your justice. So let us come before Him today with humble hearts, making Him our Teacher, our Guide, and our Wisdom.
Prayer:
Loving Father, I thank You for being my Teacher and my Guide. Give me a heart that is humble before You. Help me to always listen to Your voice. Fill me with Your wisdom and knowledge. When people mock or put me down, keep me silent in Your peace. Do justice for me, O Lord, and lift me up. Let Your blessing open new doors of honour. Strengthen me to walk in Your way daily. Let my life reflect Your grace and truth. In Jesus’ mighty name I pray, Amen.
