My friend, God wants to give you a great name. Yes, today you may be trying to get a great name in society. When I was away from the Lord at the age of 17, I heard my father speak. He said, "You are trying to become a somebody in the world. Because you have gone away from God, you have become a nobody instead". He said, "Come to Jesus. And from nobody, you'll become a somebody by His love". That's the promise God is giving you today. In Genesis 12:2, God says, “I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing”. God's blessings increase the riches of blessings in the world. God doesn't just add money to us, but He blesses us in every way and keeps our souls safe in Him. Only the Lord can do it. If you just have money, you will lose your soul. The love for money is the root of all evil. But godliness is profitable unto this world and the world to come.

So today, just surrender your life into the hands of the Lord Jesus. He will make you great. And you must know He has suffered or sacrificed Himself so that you might become great by His power. If you read Philippians 2:6–10, the Bible says Jesus was in the very nature of God. He is God in flesh. But yet, though He is the Almighty God, He took the form of a servant, not just a human being, but a servant among human beings. He knew all the sufferings caused by human beings. He went through all the sufferings that you and I go through, and finally, He even humbled Himself to death, to offer Himself as a sacrifice for our redemption. But then God raised Him up, gave Him life. Though the body of Jesus died, His Spirit was alive, and the Spirit of Jesus raised the body of Jesus. Today, He is alive, and God has given Him an exalted place.

Yes, Jesus is in the highest place. And at the name of Jesus today, every knee bows. The devil may try, man may try, powers of this world may try to destroy Jesus and His people. People have tried this for centuries. Yes, the Roman Caesar put to death all those who carried the name of Jesus. But those who ran from Rome went all over the world and preached about Jesus and brought miracles in the name of Jesus. As a result, the name of Christ, has spread to billions of people. Every name is subject to the name of Jesus. People may try to talk against the name of Jesus, destroy those who carry the name of Jesus, but through all that, the name of Jesus will lift up those who carry His name. Through the blessings of God, their name will be made great. Those who try to destroy them will be no more. The Roman Caesars are no more today. The same place where the Christians were killed today hosts the capital of Christianity in Rome. That’s the power in the name of Jesus. That’s the name Jesus is giving you. Do not be afraid. Salvation is given to the people of the world under nobody’s name but the name of Jesus. Acts 4:12 says so in the Bible. God’s salvation will come to you as you bow before the name of Jesus, and He will carry you through. Let not your heart be troubled.

PRAYER: 
Dear Lord, I surrender my life into Your hands today. Only You can make me a somebody by Your love and power. Let Your promise be fulfilled in my life and make my name great according to Your will. Keep my soul safe in You and remove every love for worldly gain. Help me to walk in godliness, pleasing You in all things. Thank You for Your ultimate sacrifice that lifts me up into greatness. Lord, establish me, bless me, and use my life for Your glory. I trust in Your name alone for my salvation and better future. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
