God says, “Your longing and desires will be fulfilled.” My friend, you have been waiting for a long time, but God will fulfill the longings of your heart, and it will be like a tree of life. Proverbs 13:12 says so. This is God’s promise for you. As God created the Garden of Eden, He put two trees there - one was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and the other was the tree of life. When Adam and Eve ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they sinned and were thrown out of the Garden of Eden so they would not eat the fruit of the tree of life, which gives eternal life. Sin brings death, so God separated them from the tree of life. But through Jesus Christ, who went through death, life and resurrection were produced. Jesus says in John 11:25 that whoever believes in Him, though dead because of sin, shall rise and live again as God’s child. Likewise, when our longings are fulfilled through Jesus Christ, it becomes a tree of life.

Today, God wants to give you the tree of life by fulfilling all your heart’s desires through Jesus. Not only will you live through the tree of life, but according to Revelation 22:2, you will also have the leaves of the tree of life, which bring healing to the nations. God will make you a blessing to others by bringing healing through forgiveness, through miracles that happen by prayer, by driving out devils, and by living in holiness. All this brings the tree of life for us to live in this world through Jesus, and He gives us the right to eat from the tree of life again, as written in Revelation 2:7. As we are victorious over sin, God gives us the power to eat from the tree of life and live with Jesus, both now and after death.

How can we become victorious? Revelation 12:11 says, “We shall overcome the accuser, the devil, by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony about Jesus.” May God give you the grace to be cleansed by the blood of Jesus from all sin and to carry His word of testimony to all people, so they, too, may live through Jesus. PRAYER: 
Loving Lord, I come before You with a humble heart. Thank You for being my Tree of Life and my everlasting hope. You know the longings buried deep within my soul. Fulfill them, Lord, according to Your perfect will. Cleanse me with Your precious blood and make me whole. Let Your life flow through me and bring healing to others. Help me to walk in holiness and victory over sin. Please teach me to carry Your word of testimony with boldness. Make me a vessel of Your grace and love. I surrender my life completely to You, my Saviour and King. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
