Dear Friend, Today’s promise is from Ezekiel 36:11: “I will make you prosper more than before.” The Lord’s desire is not only to save you, but also to bless you in every area of your life. He says in 3 John 2, “Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.” God is a God of prosperity. He wants your soul to prosper in holiness, your body to prosper in health, and your life to prosper in abundance. Therefore, let not your heart be troubled. When you walk in integrity, separated from sin, your life will overflow with His goodness. Psalm 1:1–3 says, “Blessed is the one who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, but delights in the law of the Lord. Whatever he does shall prosper.”
Look at Joseph’s life in Genesis 39. He resisted temptation and remained faithful to God. Because of his holiness, the Lord prospered him in three ways: first, Genesis 39:2 says, “The Lord was with Joseph, and he was successful.” Second, in verse 4, Joseph found favor in the eyes of his master, and everything he desired was granted. Third, verse 5 says God blessed even his master’s house for Joseph’s sake. Likewise, when you honor God, your studies, career, and family will be blessed. Your promotion will come at the right season. Your family will experience peace. Your company or ministry will prosper because of your faithful walk with God. This is the prosperity that flows from holiness, wisdom, and God’s favor.
How can we continue in this blessing? The answer is simple: delight in God’s Word and meditate on it daily (Psalm 1:2). His Word will keep you holy and give you wisdom to succeed. Also, sow into God’s Kingdom through your tithes, offerings, and generous giving. It will bring you multiplication. Genesis 26:12–13 says Isaac sowed, and God blessed him a hundredfold. Finally, commit every plan to the Lord (Proverbs 16:3). Don’t carry the burdens on your head, but trust His love. As you walk in obedience, faith, and generosity, you will prosper more than before.
Prayer:
Loving Father, I thank You for Your promise to prosper me. Prosper my soul in holiness and peace. Prosper my body with strength and good health. Prosper my family with unity and joy. Prosper my studies, career, and ministry. Let the work of my hands bear fruit in season. Grant me wisdom through Your Word every day. Help me to sow faithfully into Your Kingdom. I commit all my plans and burdens into Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
