“For the Lord will take delight in you.” This is God’s promise for you from Isaiah 62:4. This verse speaks to the moments when you feel deserted, when your possessions become desolate, yet, in those very times, God takes delight in you. He is the God who gives back everything.
Yes, you and I serve a God who restores all that has been lost. If you look at the life of Job, the Bible says that when Job prayed for his friends, the Lord gave him back everything he had lost in double measure. And God will do the same for you.
Everything in your life shall turn into a blessing. Whatever you do for others, God will prosper it, because the God of all blessings lives in you. So, thank Him now. Say it from your heart, “Thank You, Jesus. The One who has all the blessings in Him is with me.” And by the fullness of Jesus, you receive grace upon grace. One translation even says blessing upon blessing. That’s why Psalm 115:14 declares, “God will increase you and your children.” My friend, He will surely do it for you and for your children.
Let me share a testimony from Anima in Rourkela. She says, “I was an average student since childhood. At that time, my parents enrolled me in the Young Partners Plan of Jesus Calls. God blessed my studies. I passed my 10th and 12th in the first division. I went on to complete my Master’s, and God was gracious every step of the way. Then, I attended the U-Turn meeting at the Rourkela Prayer Tower and enrolled myself in the Job Blessing Plan of Jesus Calls. God gave me a job in the Government Department of Revenue.” What a great God we have! He will build your life, remove the desolation, and establish you with His choicest blessings. Let not your heart be troubled. The Lord will take delight in you.
PRAYER:
Loving Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unchanging love and unfailing promises. Even in seasons of desolation, You delight in me and never forsake me. You are the God who restores, who gives back all that was lost, and turns every sorrow into a blessing. I hold on to Your Word, believing that what You did for Job, You will do for me. Prosper the work of my hands, and let everything I do for others be multiplied with Your grace. Jesus, You are full of blessing, and in You I receive grace upon grace. I rest in the assurance that You will build my life and establish me in Your perfect plan. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
