My friends, today’s promise verse from Psalm 75:10 says, “The horns of the righteous shall be exalted.” In the midst of struggles and great pain in our journey, the Lord says that the strength and honour of the righteous will be lifted up. Even when we face pain, let us continue in righteousness. Continue in your righteous ways. Never shout at people because they trouble you. Never react aggressively because of the injustice you face. Do not think you have to fight them or take them to court. The Lord says, “For all that you are enduring, My blessing will come upon you.” That is the justice you will receive as God’s people.

The devil tries to stir up anger by bringing troubles into your life and may make you react aggressively. But when you continue in righteousness and guard your heart with peace, saying, “God will do justice for me,” the horn of the righteous will be lifted up. Let us ask the Lord for a righteous spirit to guard ourselves in this time. 

Even my little daughter Katie prays to Jesus every day before she goes to school. One little boy at school was troubling her, doing small things to torture her and cause her pain. One parent called my wife and said that her daughter had been watching everything that was happening to Katie. But Katie never reacted badly towards that boy. Instead, she would tell him, “Don’t do this. Be a good boy.”

She continued to remain good and even helped that boy. I have never seen a child like that. This is the good testimony we, as God’s children, ought to have. People should continue to say, “This is a righteous person. They do not harm those who are harming them.” When we walk in righteousness and peace, the Lord will lift us up and bring His justice and blessing into our lives.

Prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, give us a righteous spirit as we walk through struggles and face troubles from various people and situations. Fill our hearts with the peace that You commanded over the storm. Let every worry and anger disappear from our hearts. Keep us holy and protect our words, thoughts, and actions. Help us hold on to righteousness and remain faithful to You. Let Your blessing and exaltation come upon those who make this commitment to live righteously. Give them a great testimony and increase them in this world. Let every reward You have promised in Your Word for righteousness come upon them. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
