Dear friends, today God is by our side to comfort us in every situation. We are going to experience His tender, loving care. As Proverbs 2:7 says, "He holds success in store for the upright; He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless." What a wonderful promise! The Lord stores up success for those who walk upright before Him.

Who are the upright? They are those who walk according to God's will and obey Him in all that He asks them to do. Many times, this requires us to step out of our comfort zone. We may be called to do things that are unfamiliar or difficult. Yet, whatever the Lord leads us to do, we must obey. Even little children honor God when they obey their parents. God delights in such acts of obedience, and He rewards them with great success.

The verse also says that He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless. The Lord delights in their faithfulness and protects their path so that they do not stumble. He keeps them walking on the path that leads to His success. At times, God shapes and molds us through different experiences so that we will remain faithful and continue to walk according to His will. Therefore, keep obeying Him.

When my wife, Shilpa, and I conceived our little boy, Jaden, we prayed, "Lord, this son belongs to You. This child is Yours. We dedicate his life completely to You. Let not our desires be fulfilled, but let Your perfect will be done in his life." We surrendered every part of his life into God's hands. Throughout the pregnancy, there were moments of fear. Certain medical reports required further tests and scans, and the doctors asked us to wait for the results. Immediately, we prayed, "Lord, we give our child into Your hands. Please take care of him." At every step, we sought the Lord together and surrendered ourselves to His will. God faithfully took care of every concern, removed every fear, provided the best doctors, and guided us through every stage. He blessed us with the safe birth of our healthy baby boy. What a wonderful blessing God gives when we place our complete trust in Him!

Dear friends, trust Him with your path. Trust Him with every area of your life. Trust Him with your family, your future, and everything He has entrusted to you.

PRAYER: 
Dear Lord, thank You for promising success to those who walk upright before You. Help me to obey Your voice even when it requires sacrifice or stepping out of my comfort zone. Teach me to trust You with every area of my life—my family, career, health, and future. Shield my path from every danger and keep me from stumbling. Just as You faithfully cared for Jaden and guided his parents through every challenge, strengthen my faith to surrender everything into Your hands. Lead me according to Your perfect will, bless the work of my hands, and let my life bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, Amen.
