My dear friend, I am so happy to share God's promise for us today with you. Today, from Psalm 16:11, the Bible says, "You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand." Some people say that followers of Christ lead boring lives. They think we have to remain quiet and still during meetings, that we cannot attend parties, and that all we are expected to do is listen to messages, read the Bible, study well, and work hard. They imagine that following Jesus means living a very strict life without any enjoyment. But when you look around in those very meetings, you will see people shedding tears of joy. Why? Because they have truly experienced Jesus. He has opened their hearts to experience the eternal pleasures found at His right hand.

The joy of experiencing Jesus is unlike anything this world can offer. No words can adequately express that joy. It brings a deep sense of completeness to our hearts. This is the true, joyful life that today's Bible verse speaks about: "You make known to me the path of life." We experience this joy when we surrender our lives to the Lord. Even in this world, He makes sure that we lack nothing. He has enabled us to travel to various countries for ministry meetings, where people lovingly take us around to see the cities and provide us with the best food. All these blessings come because we are serving the Lord. He allows us to enjoy the goodness that flows from His hands. We experience His blessings and joy in this world, and eternal pleasures await us in heaven.

We see this devotion in Mary Magdalene in the Bible. After Jesus delivered her from the seven demons that had tormented her, she followed Him faithfully. She sat at His feet, listened to His words, and longed to keep receiving from Him. What a beautiful picture of the joy of following Jesus! The joy in our hearts and the goodness we experience in life come from Him. He gives us the very best. Keep rejoicing in His presence and be blessed. 

PRAYER: 
Loving Lord Jesus, thank You, Lord, for showing me the path of life and enabling me to enjoy life to the fullest. You have given me the best life, Lord, and at Your right hand are eternal pleasures. Fill me right now with these heavenly pleasures—the joy of being in Your presence and the delight of being filled with Your glory. Help me experience You in all Your fullness. Even now, fill my heart with Your peace, Lord. Speak to me every day. Let me continually long for Your Word and Your life to flow into me. Lead me along every good path, Lord, and fill my life with abundant joy.In Jesus' name, Amen.
