Dear Friend, today God wants to talk to us from Romans 5:2, the Word says, “Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.” What a marvelous privilege it is to draw nearer to God! The Scripture calls it an “undeserved privilege,” meaning the grace of God. Grace is something we can never earn by our works — it is a divine gift given to us through faith in Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul declares in 1 Corinthians 15:10, “By the grace of God I am what I am.” Once, we were far away from God, separated by sin, but through the blood of Jesus, we now stand accepted, forgiven, and favored before the throne of grace. Standing in God’s grace means we are not only loved by Him but also cherished and delighted in by our Heavenly Father.
When we stand in grace, we have direct access to God’s royal presence. It is not by our merit but by Christ’s righteousness that we enter. Jesus says in Revelation 3:20, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me.” The Lord longs to have fellowship with us — not just to bless us with happiness, but to make us holy and steadfast in His love. Through holiness, we experience His grace in full measure. Many times, when we go through trials or delays, we think God is far away, but 1 Peter 5:10 assures us: “The God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast.” Dear friend, the Lord is still knocking at the door of your heart. Will you open it for Him?
Give your heart fully to Jesus today. Let your faith arise again. Maybe you have fallen away or lost your hope — but the same Lord who called Peter back after his failure is calling you now. He wants to restore your strength, renew your spirit, and make you stand firm in His love. When you open your heart, you not only receive forgiveness but also the joy of being in God’s presence. Grace transforms weakness into strength, fear into faith, and sorrow into singing. Without faith, we cannot see God; but when we believe, His glory shines upon us. Let this be your day of restoration — to stand once again in His marvelous grace and walk with boldness before the throne of mercy.
Prayer:
Loving Lord Jesus, thank You for bringing me into Your grace. Forgive my sins and cleanse me with Your precious blood. Help me to stand firm in Your favor, Lord. Restore my faith and renew my love for You. Draw me closer to You each day, O God. Let Your grace cover my life, my home, and my family. Make me strong, firm, and steadfast in You. Remove every fear and doubt from my heart. Let me walk in holiness and live in Your presence. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray. Amen.
