Today’s promise is from Psalm 140:12. May God bless you this day with this blessing. The scripture says, “The Lord secures justice for the poor.” God is a God of justice. God is a righteous judge. In Isaiah 30:18, the Bible says, “God is a God of justice, and everyone who waits for Him, He will do justice by blessing them. Yes, He will do justice for you, in your life, in your family, and in society for you. Do not be afraid. God will do justice, He will make you rejoice, and He will bring honour to you.
Alright, to whom does He do justice? For His saints, He does justice. Psalm 37:28 says, “The Lord loves justice. The saints are preserved forever. He does not forsake His saints, and He will cut off the children of the wicked”. The Lord loves to do justice for the saints; saints who do His will. You are a saint of God, and God loves you because, as a saint, you do His will and you carry Him in your life.
How does He preserve the saints? Jeremiah 17:7,8 says, God will keep His saints like a tree planted by the water. Their roots are firmly established in the water, and because of that, when heat comes, His saints will never fear. Their leaves, their life, and their family will always be green and prosperous. Even if there is a drought, even if there is financial trouble everywhere in the world, the Lord will do justice to His saints so they will have no worries. Are you a saint of God, carrying Jesus in your body through the Holy Spirit as His temple? God will preserve you in times of trouble and prosper you in the midst of the greatest droughts. Today, the justice of God is coming to you in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God of justice and righteousness. Today, I place my life, my family, and my future into Your loving hands. Do justice for me, Lord, where I cannot speak or fight. Preserve me as Your saint in times of trouble. Let my life remain fruitful and fearless. Lord, please bring honour, peace, and rejoicing into my life. I receive Your justice today. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen.
