My friend, the Lord is always with us, His children. He has come seeking even today. Shall we listen to His words from Isaiah 30:21? “Your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it’”. How wonderful it is to hear the voice of God like that. You will hear His voice, and you will rejoice in hearing it, and you will receive His plans by hearing it. God is giving us that grace today, my friend.

Even in the Bible, when the prophet Elijah was facing a famine in the land, there was famine everywhere. There was no food, and people were suffering. And in the midst of that, God told Elijah, "Go and meet a widow, go to that widow's house, and I will feed you”. It's amazing. When he went to that house, he found that the widow had the last amount of food which she wanted to eat and die. In the midst of that, God led him to ask that food for himself. You see, my friend, the Lord wanted to feed His servant Elijah through a widow, and through that, He wanted to do a miracle for the widow.

As she also believed God's servant and gave that last piece of food, she amazingly found out that the food never ran out. That flour and oil kept on lasting for her and her son. What a miracle the Lord did for her. Even for us, when we have famine in our business, everyone might be suffering in the business realm, and everyone might be suffering with a lack in the land. But for you and me, my friend, there will be a voice, saying, “This is the way, walk in it”. As the Lord led Elijah to a widow, even for you and me, He will show a widow. He will lead us to an unexpected circumstance to be fed by someone we don’t even imagine, and even for them, He will keep us as a blessing to them. It will be amazing. That is how the voice will lead us in the midst of great famine and even lack.

PRAYER: 
Loving Father, open my ears to hear Your voice clearly. In every moment of confusion, help me to recognise Your direction. Give me the faith to follow, even when I do not understand. Lead me into Your perfect will and guide my every step. In times of lack, show me Your divine provision. Make me a blessing to others as You bless me.
