My dear friends, today’s promise from Job 33:28 says, “God has delivered me from going down to the pit, and I shall live to enjoy the light of life.” Amen! May the Lord deliver you completely from the pit. The devil might have tried to trap you in the pit of death, causing things to fail in your life, affecting your bodily functions, taking away your joy, disturbing your family, weakening your righteousness, and causing you to fail in various areas of your life. But, my dear friends, God promises that you shall live to enjoy the light of life. Yes, you will live and enjoy His light! Jesus is coming into your life as the Light of Life. The Bible says that those who were in darkness saw a great light. This is what happened when Jesus came into the world.

Once, Jesus met a young boy who was possessed by a demon. His father could not bear the situation any longer, so he brought the boy to Jesus. The demon caused the boy to have seizures, foam at the mouth, and lose his ability to speak. He would throw himself into the fire and water to harm himself because of the demon. The father pleaded with the Lord for help.

The Lord had mercy on the boy because the devil was trying to lead him into the pit of death and destroy his life. Jesus had compassion on him and commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the boy. He lifted the boy up and made him stand, completely delivering him from the hands of the devil. Jesus gave him a new life and caused His light to shine within him. Today, all darkness will be removed from our lives.

Prayer:
Dear Lord, remove all darkness and fear from my life. Fill my heart with Your hope, joy, and peace. Be my Saviour and deliver me from every danger. Heal my body, restore my family, and perform miracles in my life. Let me not go down to the pit of death. May Your Light of Life shine within me, strengthen me, and guide my steps. Thank You for Your miraculous power and unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
