Dear friend, today the Lord has a word for you from Proverbs 23:18: “There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.” What a joy it is to receive this word, isn’t it? I know that none of your prayers will go to waste. Maybe you have waited for a long time to receive a blessing, but today the Lord says, “Surely there is a future hope for you.” When we receive a word from God, it gives us so much joy. That’s what the Bible says in Proverbs 24:14, “Wisdom is like honey for you. If you find it, there is a future hope for you.” God’s word comes at the right time to strengthen our hearts and fill us with hope.

Once, when we were ministering in Nagaland, the Lord gave me a word from Psalm 127:3: “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.” During those days, our family was praying for God to bless Sam and Shilpa with a child. As we were there serving the Lord, as a gift for our dedication, the Lord truly blessed Shilpa there in Nagaland. I was so sure that Shilpa was pregnant on that very day. And right on that day, Shilpa also tested and found out that she was pregnant. Both Sam and Shilpa kept it a secret from us, but the Lord revealed it to me. While we were coming down from Nagaland through the mountain roads, the journey was rough with many ups and downs. I became afraid and told my husband, “Let’s pray especially for Shilpa.” I prayed that the Lord would protect both the baby and the mother.

That word which I received on that day gave me so much joy. It was like honey to my soul, and I believed in God’s word completely. As the Lord gave the word at the right time, He protected both the baby and the mother. And today, the Lord has given us two beautiful grandchildren. What a joy it is to receive a word from God at the right time. Dear friend, even today, you may be asking God for a child or for a special blessing. Surely there is a future hope for you. The Lord will answer your prayer and fill your heart with joy in His perfect time.

PRAYER: 
Heavenly Father, thank You for holding my future securely in Your hands. When waiting becomes difficult, please help me to trust in Your perfect timing. Let me never lose hope in the promises You have spoken over my life. Prepare me for every blessing You have planned for me. I believe that my waiting has purpose, and my hope will never be cut off. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
