Dear friend, may the Lord bless you according to Psalm 81:16. Here, the Bible says, “The Lord would feed you with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock He would satisfy you.” What a loving God you and I have! Just like in Genesis 27:28, when Isaac blessed Jacob, he blessed him with the blessings of heaven and with the fatness of the earth. This is the very heart of our Heavenly Father, too, to bless us abundantly, both spiritually and physically.

As we read in John 21, Peter and a few of the disciples went out to fish. They tried their best, but caught nothing during the night. But as morning broke, Jesus stood on the shore. He called out, “Children, do you have any fish to eat along with your bread?” They answered, “No.” Then He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” When they obeyed, they caught a net full of large fish — 153 in total! And when they came to land, they saw a charcoal fire burning, with fish and bread already prepared. Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast, my children.” He took the bread, gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. Even though Jesus already knew they had no fish, He still asked, “Do you have any fish, my children?” Why?

Because His heart is always tender toward us. Even when it feels like everything is over in your life, Jesus is already preparing something special just for you. Even today, Jesus is asking, “Did you have any food, my child?” He is mindful of you. He desires to feed you with the finest wheat, to satisfy you even with honey from the rock (blessings from the most unexpected places). Will you surrender your life to this loving, caring Saviour?

PRAYER:
Dear Jesus, thank You for being a loving God who cares deeply for me. Even when I come up empty, You are already preparing a blessing for me. You feed me with the finest of wheat, and satisfy me with honey from the rock. You know my needs before I even ask. Today, I surrender my heart, my efforts, and my life to You. I trust You to guide me, provide for me, and bless me. Thank You for Your love that never fails. In Your holy and powerful name I pray, Amen.
