My precious children of God, Today’s promise is taken from Genesis 13:16. The Lord says, “I will make you descendants as the dust of the earth, so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered.”

Abraham was a man of God. He was carefully following the ways of the Lord, but he had no child. For many years, he and his wife could not have children. The Lord promised Abraham in Genesis 22:17, “Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies.” Even though Abraham sought the Lord diligently, he could not have children for many years. Yet, he clung to the Lord, his Father, all the time. That is why the Lord promised Abraham, “I will bless you and multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven.”

My friends, take your Bible and turn to Matthew 1:1–17. There we read about the genealogy of Abraham. Until the birth of Jesus Christ, one after another, all the godly generations were born to him. His generation was greatly blessed after a long time. If you are also following the ways of the Lord, God will provide everything just as He provided for Abraham, our great man of God. God is going to bless you from today. As Abraham sought Him diligently, you also seek Him with all your heart, night and day. Read the Word of God and cling to Him tightly. Whatever you need will be provided in a beautiful way.

Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank You for being my faithful provider and for Your wonderful promises. Help me to seek You diligently and follow Your ways with all my heart. Strengthen me to cling to You even when I have to wait for Your promises to be fulfilled. Provide everything I need according to Your perfect will. Especially remember those who are childless and touch them with Your mighty hand. Bless them like Abraham and fulfill their godly desires. Let Your blessings multiply in their lives and generations. Give them faith, hope, strength, and peace as they wait upon You. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen.
