My precious friend, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Today, let us meditate on Isaiah 62:12, which says, "And they shall call them the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord; and you shall be called Sought Out, a City Not Forsaken." You may feel far from the Lord Jesus Christ. You may be struggling with unwanted things or unholy habits in your life. But my beloved friend, I Corinthians 1:9 says, "God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord." 

If you seek Him with all your heart, what will happen? I Thessalonians 2:12 says, "That you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory." And II Timothy 1:9 reminds us, "God has saved us and called us with a holy calling." The Lord Jesus gave His life on the cross. He shed His precious blood to save you from all the unwanted things of this world. Yes, this world is full of evil, but my friend, look to Jesus Christ. He is the Light of the World.

When you see His face and seek His presence, He will fill you with His glorious light. He will drive out all the darkness from your life. That drinking habit? It will be gone. That emptiness in your heart? He will fill it with peace.  If you’re saying, “I don’t have peace in my family life”, the Lord will surely give you His peace. So my beloved friend, God is ready to pour out these blessings on you, right now. You are not forsaken. Cling tightly to Him.

PRAYER: 
Loving Lord, I thank You for calling me holy and redeemed in Christ. Even when I feel far from You, Your love still reaches me. Cleanse me from all that is unholy and draw me close to You. Fill my heart with Your light and drive out every darkness. Break every unwanted habit and replace it with Your peace. Restore my family, my mind, and my walk with You. Let me walk worthy of Your holy calling every day. Thank You, Lord, for never forsaking me, even when I fall. In Jesus’ name, I pray,  Amen.
