My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Today we are going to meditate on Psalm 19:23, “The fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it will abide in satisfaction. He will not be visited with evil”. My friend, what about you? Do you have the fear of God? Especially young people, do you have the fear of God and follow the ways of the Lord? Psalm 112:1, 128:1, 115:13, all these verses say, “Those who walk with the Lord with the fear of God shall be blessed”.

In the Bible, we also read about the lives of David, Job, Daniel and all the godly people. They all had the fear of God. Their lives were transformed. They had a close walk with the Lord, and because of that, they were blessed abundantly. They were saved from so many problems, and Psalm 103:11 says, “Those who have the fear of God, God's mercy shall be great towards them”. When you have the fear of God and walk with the Lord, talk with the Lord, the Lord will be careful to give you all that you need, whatever you ask for. In my life, also, when I was a young girl, I couldn't understand the value of having close communion with the Lord. The Lord taught me that through the fear of God, my life was completely transformed. I was just 16 years old when the Lord talked to me and made me understand that He is very close to me. I started to love Him and later God-fearing life, and because of that, what I am today, God has blessed me with so many blessings.

II Corinthians 7:1 says, “Therefore perfect holiness in the fear of God”, and II Timothy 1:7 says, “For God has not given a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind”. So my dear friend, read Psalm 145:19, it says, “The Lord will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him, and He will also hear the cry and save them”. What a great life the Lord wants to give you, my friend. Give your complete life to God. Accept Him as your saviour and lead your day with the fear of the Lord, and the Lord will bless you abundantly.

PRAYER: 
Loving Father, teach me to walk in the reverential fear of You. Let my heart honour You in all that I say and do. Draw me into a closer relationship with You each day. Transform my life as I choose to follow Your ways. Let Your mercy rest upon me and guide my steps. Please remove every distraction that pulls me away from You. Help me to trust You and obey You wholeheartedly. Fulfill the desires of my heart according to Your will. In Jesus’ precious name, I pray, Amen.
