My dear friends, Today, expect the very best from God because He always gives the best to His children. The Lord promises in Jeremiah 1:19: “They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.

In 1944, during the Second World War, the United States, together with England and Canada, entered one of the most crucial battles against Germany. The battle took place at Normandy, France, a strategic location that would determine the outcome of the war. Before the battle began, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) addressed the nation over the radio. Many expected him to encourage the people with a motivational speech. Instead, he chose to lead the entire nation in prayer.

He called everyone to look to God, saying in essence: "Lord, look upon our sons who are bravely fighting this battle. Go before them, fight this mighty battle for them, and grant us victory." This heartfelt prayer was written with the help of his daughter, Anna Roosevelt, and together they entrusted the entire battle into God's hands.

At that time, Germany appeared to be in a very strong position. Yet God intervened. The Allied forces won the Battle of Normandy, opening the way into France. Without that victory, they could never have entered the country. That decisive breakthrough became the turning point that eventually led to victory in the Second World War. The Lord gave them a great victory.

In the same way, God says to you today: Your enemies may fight against you, but they will not overcome you. Sometimes God allows battles—not to destroy you—but to reveal His power through your life. Through your victory, others will know that the Almighty God is with you. They will see that no one can stand against those whom God protects. Therefore, do not be afraid. Bring every battle before the Lord today. He is your Mighty Warrior. He is your Commander. Whatever opposition you face—whether from people, authorities, organizations, or difficult circumstances—God will go before you and fight on your behalf.

PRAYER:
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for being my Mighty Warrior and my Defender. I surrender every battle, burden, and challenge into Your hands today. Fight for me and let no enemy prevail against me, for You have promised to be with me and rescue me. Strengthen me when I am weak, fill my heart with courage, and make a way where there seems to be no way. Go before me and grant me victory over every opposition, difficulty, and impossible situation. Let my life reveal Your mighty power and bring glory to Your name. Establish me in Your perfect will and help me to trust You completely in every circumstance. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
