My precious child of God, I’m so happy to greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Today, the promise verse we are going to meditate on is from Deuteronomy 30:9: “The Lord your God will make you most prosperous in all the work.” In all the work of your hands, the Lord will make you prosperous. Proverbs 10:22 says, “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.” When will you receive such a blessing? Deuteronomy 30:8 says, When you obey the voice of the Lord and do all His commandments, all God’s abundant blessings will come upon you. Yes, we have to follow the Lord’s footsteps.

Jesus Christ is the perfect example for us. In John 10:30, the Lord Jesus says, “I and My Father are one.” He did all the things which were God’s will, and Jesus sought the Father diligently. Yes, my friend, we should also fulfill the will of God in our lives. First of all, we should please the Lord at all times. For that, we have to seek Him with all our hearts.

My husband, Dr. D. G. S. Dhinakaran, was working in the State Bank of India, and he had to work very hard. Every morning at six o’clock, we would get up and pray together for half an hour as a family. After 6:30, he would go alone with his Bible and spend time with the Lord until 8:30. As he sought the Lord diligently like that, the Lord blessed him in his bank work and raised him up to great heights. Yes, my friend, read God’s Word carefully, do everything that is pleasing to the Lord, and the Lord will make you prosperous in all your work.

PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your loving promise that You will prosper all that I do, adding no sorrow to it. Lord, please teach me to obey Your voice and follow Your ways. Help me to seek You diligently with all my heart. Let my life please You in my every thought and action. Bless the work of my hands, Lord, just as You have promised in Your Word. Raise me up for Your glory alone. I surrender my life completely into Your loving hands. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
