My dear friend, it’s a joy for me to greet you today. We are meditating on Isaiah 58:9, which says, “You will cry for help, and He will say, ‘Here am I.’” My friend, according to this verse, have you been crying for help out of your desperate situation? Are you asking the Lord for healing? Are you asking the Lord for peace in your family? Are you asking the Lord for help in your financial situation, for a job, for an increase in your life, or to show you what’s next for your future? My friend, God will hear your cry for help, and He says, “Here am I.”

That’s what we read in Psalm 91. In verse 15, it says, “He will call on Me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honour him.” Yes, my friend, when you call on the Lord, He will rescue you. He will deliver you from all your troubles. In the Bible, we read an incident in Matthew 15. We see that when Jesus was travelling to a different city, as He was on His way, there was a Canaanite woman who approached Him, saying, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me. My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.” She cried out to the Lord. She was very persistent. The disciples even came to Jesus and said, “Urge her to leave. Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.” Jesus didn’t say a word. But still, she kept on persistently asking Jesus to heal her daughter. She kept crying out to Him. In the end, Jesus said, “Because of your faith, your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed.

Yes, my friend, God will listen to your cry. Are you crying every night? Not being able to sleep? Is your situation tormenting you? Are you saying, “Wherever I go for help, I’m being pushed away. Nobody is listening to me”? Are you desperate for healing? Are you desperate for a child? Are you desperate for a life partner? Are you desperate for an increase in your life? My friend, even yesterday, as you cried out to Jesus, He said, “Here I am.” As you call unto Him, He will answer you. He will rescue you and deliver you from all your trouble. So, my friend, I encourage you that all your tears are being collected in a bottle. None of your tears will go in vain. Today, God will answer you. Would you thank Him now and pray?

PRAYER: 
Lord Jesus, I cry to You today with all my heart. Thank You for hearing my voice when no one else does. You said, “Here I am,” and I believe You are near. Rescue me from my trouble, and give me peace. Touch my body and bring healing, O Lord. Bless my family with unity and love. Open doors for provision and breakthrough in my life. Show me what’s next, and light my path with hope. Thank You for valuing my every tear, and I believe that You will turn all my sorrows into joy. Amen.
