My precious friend, today is Labour Day. May God bless the work of your hands, in your family, livelihood, service to others, and service to Him. This month, the Lord desires to rebuild everything in your life. Psalm 102:16 says, “The Lord will rebuild Zion and appear in His glory.” You may feel that everything has been lost, shattered, and that all glory has departed from your life. Yet God promises, “I will rebuild you as My dwelling place, and I will appear in My glory in your life.” Your life, family, body, and ministry will be restored with His glory, and you will shine again. Do not let your heart be troubled; Days of glory are coming as God rebuilds you. Isaiah 61:4 declares that you will rebuild ancient ruins and restore places long devastated. Whatever has been broken in your life, God will strengthen and fill you with His glory to rebuild it. Isaiah 58:12 assures that broken walls and ruins will be restored. Relationships will be renewed, and joy, love, and fullness of life will return.

What will God rebuild? First, your fortunes. Amos 9:14 promises restoration from bondage. You may feel bound and unable to progress, but God will release you by His Spirit. You will rebuild what was ruined, plant vineyards, drink their fruit, plant gardens, and enjoy their harvest. Your work, business, family, ministry, and giving will begin to bear fruit again. Isaiah 9:10 reminds us that though bricks have fallen, whether in relationships, finances, health, reputation, wisdom, or ability, God will help you rebuild with better strength. He will give you a new foundation: Jesus Christ, the cornerstone (I Corinthians 10:4). Just as the stone brought down Goliath, Christ will stand with you as your firm foundation. Where fig trees have failed, God will replace them with cedars, symbolising His strength and provision. Rise with Jesus as your foundation and rebuild with His glory. Acts 15:16 speaks of rebuilding David’s fallen tent. Though it fell due to sin and unbelief, restoration came when people returned to the Messiah, Jesus Christ, believing in His sacrifice for forgiveness. In the same way, God will rebuild your life as you turn to Him.

Secondly, God will rebuild your family. Joel 2:25–27 promises restoration of lost years. What the locusts have eaten will be repaid. You will have abundance, praise the Lord, and never again be put to shame. God will transform your family into His dwelling place and bring honour to it. He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, the testimony of Jesus (Revelation 19:10). They will boldly share His work in their lives. Your young men will see visions, excel, and prosper, finding solutions to the world’s problems and achieving great things. Your old men will dream dreams of joy, seeing restoration fulfilled. Your entire family will be rebuilt through the Holy Spirit. Thirdly, your name will be rebuilt. You may feel your name is tarnished or disgraced, but God promises in Revelation 2:17 to give you a new name, written on a white stone. Isaiah 62:2 says you will receive a new name given by God Himself, bringing honour, a new position, new stature, and fresh accomplishments. You will walk in new glory. Isaiah 65:15 declares that God will give His servants a new name marked by His blessing. Even if you have been dishonoured for Christ’s sake, God will raise you up so that many will come to know Him through you. He will grant you a new spiritual identity with power. Zephaniah 3:19 promises that God will deal with your oppressors and give you a name filled with praise and honour. In the very place where you experienced shame, you will now receive honour and recognition. Haggai 2:6 reveals that God will shake the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the land. In this shaking, the desire of all nations, Jesus, will come and fill His people with glory. You are the temple of the living God, and He will fill you with a new and greater glory than before. Even if you feel surrounded by challenges, this shaking is preparing you to receive His glory. Christ in you is the hope of glory.

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, I surrender every broken area of my life into Your hands. Rebuild me as Your dwelling place and let Your glory rest upon me. Restore what I have lost and renew my strength by Your Spirit. Be my foundation, Lord Jesus, and establish me in Your truth. Rebuild my family, my work, and my name for Your glory and honour. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and lead me into new life. Turn my shame into honour and my weakness into strength. Let my life reflect Your glory in all I do. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
