My precious children of God, Today’s promise is from 2 Samuel 22:2. David spoke to the Lord the words of this song. He says, “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer.” In 2 Samuel 22:47, he also says, “The Lord is my rock of salvation.” David had many enemies, but when he prayed and looked unto the Lord as his Savior, the Lord was with him and delivered him from all such enemies. At that moment, David said, as we read in 2 Samuel 22:47, “The Lord is my rock of salvation.”

In the same way, in the New Testament, Galatians 2:20 tells us about the transformation of Saul into Paul. Saul was killing all the people who were following Christ. He was living a wrong life before God. But Jesus entered into his life and asked him, “Saul, how long are you going to make me sad?” The Lord touched his heart.

He was completely transformed. Let us read what he says in Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God. Jesus loved me and gave himself for me.” He became Paul, completely transformed. He accepted Jesus and was used mightily by the power of God as the servant of God. My friends, do you have God, the Almighty Lord Jesus Christ, as your rock, your fortress, and your deliverer? Are you clinging on to Him for everything? Then the Lord will be pleased with you. He will use you also for His glory. Right now, commit your life, my precious children of God. Accept Jesus as your Savior. Live a pleasing life before God.

PRAYER:
Father, thank You, Lord, for the salvation You have given to all of us and for the sacrifice You made on the cross. Touch the hearts of all Your children who are leading a wrong life and those who are away from You. Bring them closer to You, O Father. Cleanse them with Your precious blood which You shed on the cross. Make them also like Paul, completely transformed and committed to You. Let Jesus become their Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer. Bless each and everyone who has come to You. Let their lives be pleasing before You, and use them mightily for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
