Friend, do you feel betrayed today? Do you feel let down by all your close family and friends? Do you feel that everybody has been walking over you? The Bible promises in Micah 5:2, “Out of you will come for me One who will be ruler over Israel.” Yes, out of you, blessings are going to come today. Even if people have betrayed you, the Lord promises that out of you blessings are going to come.

Yes, my dad is a very generous person. Whoever asks him for money, he will just give and give and give. He never even worries if they do not pay it back. People will say, “Sir, give it to me. Within one month, I will give it back to you.” From my childhood, I remember, when I was about ten years old, a person who was working with us asked him for twenty thousand rupees. That was almost 15 years ago, and it was a huge amount then. My father never thought twice; he took it and gave it. That Anna said, “Within ten days, I will return it back to you, sir.” But within ten days, he left the job and went back to his hometown, never to return. This is just one of the few incidents that have happened. My dad never bothered about it. He said, “God has given me, so I am giving them.”

Even you might be in the same situation, feeling betrayed by the people around you or feeling let down by those whom you trusted so much. But my dad never changed; he is still the same. He always says, “God has blessed me, so it is my job to give.” In the same way, the Lord sees all that you have gone through, and He will bless you just like how He blessed my dad. My dad is a very good dentist and a well-known person in Tirunelveli. That is all because God blessed him, and through him I have also been blessed. I am a doctor, called into the ministry, and blessed with a wonderful family. The Bible says in Isaiah 60:22, “The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation.” In the same way, the smallest among you will become a mighty nation. The Lord will bless you, and through you, He will bless your children, too. So do not be heartbroken if you are let down or betrayed, because the Lord will bless you and your family.

PRAYER: 
Heavenly Father, You see my heart when I feel betrayed and forgotten. You know the tears I have shed and the trust I have lost. But I thank You, Lord, for promising me that out of me, blessings will come. Even in my pain, let Your purpose rise within me. Turn my wounds into wells of grace and my sorrow into songs of praise. Teach me to forgive those who have hurt me, just as You forgive me daily. Fill me with the joy of giving, even when I receive nothing in return. Let Your light shine through me, so that others can see Your goodness. Bless my family and generations to come through the work of Your hands in my life. In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray. Amen.
