My dear ones! Today's special promise is found in 1 Kings 3:12: “I will give you a wise and discerning heart.” The Lord wants to bless you with wisdom and knowledge beyond measure. As Colossians 2:3 says, “In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” He desires to pour out this grace upon you today. In the name of Jesus, I pray that the Spirit of wisdom and knowledge will descend upon you. The Lord said to Solomon, “Behold, I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart.” God blessed him with a discerning heart to understand what was right and true. He fulfilled His promise by raising Solomon to a position of great honour, unlike anyone else. In the same way, the Lord will elevate you to high positions and open new doors of opportunity for you.

Why does the Lord give us wisdom and a discerning heart? It is to help us care for others and lead them in the right way. Look at Solomon. God gave him the wisdom to judge people righteously. When the people witnessed his extraordinary discernment and ability to understand their hearts and deliver fair judgments, they were filled with awe and reverence for him.  Consider the incident involving two women and their children. One night, a woman accidentally lay on her baby while sleeping, and the child died. She then took the other woman's living child and placed her own dead child beside that mother. Before the king, she claimed, “The living one is my child, and the dead one is hers.” But the other woman pleaded for justice. Through the wisdom God had given him, Solomon discerned their hearts and understood the truth. He examined the matter and delivered the right judgment. As a result, the whole nation stood in awe of him. Solomon received greater honour than all the other kings. He ruled with wisdom and discernment so that his nation would prosper. We need kings like him! We need leaders who will uphold justice and fairness for everyone, regardless of caste, race or religion. When leaders rule without partiality and uphold righteousness, prosperity and peace will prevail in the nation, just as they did during Solomon's reign. People will enjoy wealth, peace and brotherhood, and the nation will reach great heights.

Secondly, look at Daniel. According to Daniel 5:12, he possessed an extraordinary spirit of knowledge and understanding, with the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles and solve difficult problems. Through this gift, he guided kings by revealing what would happen to them, and everything took place exactly as he had foretold. These kings were the very ones who had taken him captive. Yet, he lived among them like a prince. The Lord will grant you the same grace. This is how you will rise in your company, organisation and ministry. He will give you the wisdom to guide their leaders. You may wonder why God wants to bless you with such understanding. It is because He desires to make you a source of clarity and wise counsel, even to powerful kings and leaders who govern the nation. The Spirit of the Lord knows all things. He wants to reveal future events to kings so that they can govern their nations wisely. He also desires to use you to guide companies and ministries. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, will fill you and provide clear direction at every step of your life. This divine gift will lead you forward. Ask the Lord for this blessing, for He is ready to grant it to you today.

Thirdly, God wants to give you wisdom and knowledge to care for your family. The Bible says in 1 Timothy 5:8, “If anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” The Lord desires to fill you with a loving and caring spirit so that you can look after your loved ones—your wife, husband and children. He wants you to provide for their needs and make wise decisions, including arranging your children's marriages in the right way. Our primary responsibility is to give them what they need at the right time. We must ensure that they have the necessary resources and financial support, including the money required to succeed in their endeavours. God will grant you the wisdom to nurture and protect your family in every aspect of life. He will guide you in knowing what to do for your child and your husband. Through the Holy Spirit, He will direct you, saying, “Do this for your wife.” By following His guidance, you will bring peace to your loved ones and lead your entire family in harmony.

Prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, give Your children the Spirit of wisdom and knowledge in abundance. Grant us all three kinds of wisdom: wisdom to judge righteously, wisdom to guide leaders and wisdom to care for our families. Bless us, lift us up and fill our lives with Your peace. Let Your Holy Spirit guide us in every decision. Help us care for our loved ones and provide for their needs at the right time. Your Word says that You give wisdom generously to those who ask. Father, we ask You to grant us this blessing today. We receive it by faith. In Jesus' name, Amen.
