My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today’s promise is from Jeremiah 29:13: “You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” What a glorious assurance! God does not hide Himself from us; He is always near. Yet, He desires that we seek Him, not casually, not half-heartedly, but with our whole heart. To seek Him wholeheartedly means to give Him our full attention, our love, our energy, and our time. Psalm 34:10 says, “Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.” When our lives are centered on seeking God, He provides all that we need, both spiritually and materially. His blessings overflow in the lives of those who earnestly look for Him.
Our Lord Jesus Himself set the perfect example. In Mark 1:35 we read, “Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.” Again, in Luke 6:12, we see Him praying the entire night. And in Matthew 14:23, after a long day of ministry, He went up to the mountain to pray. Jesus constantly sought His Father’s presence. This shows us that no matter how busy or tired we may be, prayer must remain our first priority. In the same way, David is another model for us. In Psalm 63:1 he cries, “O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You.” He prayed in the morning, evening, and even at noon (Psalm 55:17). Because David diligently sought the Lord, he could boldly declare in Psalm 23, “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” His entire life was blessed because he never stopped seeking God.
Dear child of God, this is the secret to a victorious and blessed life. When we truly seek the Lord with all our heart, He becomes our Shepherd. Just as He guided David, provided for him, and protected him, He will also bless us abundantly. Wholehearted seeking means we turn away from distractions, surrender our will to Him, and dedicate time for prayer and meditation on His Word. The more we seek Him, the more we find Him, and the more His presence transforms our lives. Let us not waste even a single moment in worldly pursuits that leave us empty. Instead, let us pursue the eternal treasure of knowing Christ more deeply each day. If you seek Him with all your heart, you will never lack any good thing.
Prayer:
Precious Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your living Word today. Thank You for the promise that when I seek You with all my heart, I will surely find You. Help me to give You my full attention and sincere devotion. Remove every distraction that keeps me from seeking You daily. Teach me to pray like Jesus, who sought You early in the morning and late into the night. Fill me with the spirit of David, who longed for You more than anything else. Let my life be a testimony that You are my Shepherd and Provider. Bless me with Your peace, provision, and protection as I seek You. Guide me, Lord, into Your perfect will and abundant blessings. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Amen.
