Today, let us receive God’s precious promise from Numbers 14:9: “Do not be afraid of the people of the land because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” These were the words that Caleb and Joshua brought back to the Israelite camp. They had gone to explore the land God had promised them—the land of Canaan, flowing with milk and honey. However, all the other spies who went with them said, “It is not possible. The people of that land are powerful. Giants live there, and the cities are strongly fortified. We cannot defeat them.” But look at the words of Caleb and Joshua: “Do not be afraid of these people. We will devour them. Their protection is gone.” The protection they depended on was gone, and the God who was with the Israelites had given their enemies into their hands.

Many times, when we consider what we have to accomplish, we say, “This is too great for me. I do not have enough skills, ability, resources, people, anointing, or money. Therefore, I cannot do it.” Do not focus on these limitations. Instead, look at the promise God has given you. He has shown you a vision and brought you to this company, school, or college. The same God who led you there will give you complete victory. He will raise you up and establish you. God will fulfil His promise and accomplish His will in your life. This is what we must delight in and receive in Jesus’ name.

A pastor once shared an incident with me. He said that they were struggling to acquire a piece of land for their ministry and wanted to hold a fasting prayer meeting. However, one day, when he woke up, the Holy Spirit told him to hold a thanksgiving prayer meeting instead. So, instead of proceeding with their original plan, they began giving thanks to the Lord. Amazingly, God opened the way for them. They thanked the Lord because He had given them a great vision and entrusted them with a great ministry. They gave thanks because they believed He would grant them the victory.

Dear friends, when God gives you a vision, do not focus on the obstacles or your limitations. Do not be afraid when the challenges seem greater than your abilities. Remember that the Lord is with you. He will provide everything you need, strengthen you with His anointing, and lead you forward. Even when the way seems impossible, continue to trust in His promise and thank Him in faith.

Prayer:
Loving Lord Jesus, thank You for being with us and leading us according to Your promises. Help us not to be afraid of the challenges before us, but to see them through spiritual eyes. Remind us of the vision You have given us and the promises You have spoken to us. Establish us where You have led us, clear every obstacle, and grant us complete victory. Fill Your children with the ability, grace, and anointing they need. Let the Red Sea before them open, and make the path clear for them to enter the promised land. Thank You for going before us and giving us this mighty victory. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
