My friend, God wants to make you well. He wants to bring His healing power into your body and set you free from your sickness, and for that, God wants us to pray. He will answer your prayers for your healing now. In James 5:15, the Bible says, “The prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well. The Lord will raise the sick person. If that person has sinned, it will be forgiven.” God gives faith for us to be healed. But faith in what? Firstly, the Bible says, faith in the Word of God. In John 15:7, Jesus says, “If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish. It will be done for you.” If His word remains in you, whatever you ask, claiming that word of God, you will receive. My grandfather used to read the Bible early in the morning at four o’clock, without switching on the light. He would use a torch and shine it on his Bible and read each verse, and when he read the words of Jesus, he would say, “Lord, You are the way for me, for my son, for my family.” He would claim the Word of God for every one of us daily, memorising the scriptures and saying, “Make it happen, Lord. You have promised.” I believe all those words of Jesus were claimed for us; that’s why we are blessed.

Secondly, faith in His name will bring healing to you. Acts 3:16 says, “By faith in the name of Jesus, this lame man was healed.” In John 14:13 and 14, Jesus said, “Ask anything in My name, and I will do it.” When you ask in the name of Jesus, the name that means ‘Saviour’, the Lord Himself will come and do it. The name of Jesus is wonderful, powerful, and glorious. At the name of Jesus, every knee bows, demons flee, the sick are healed, and sins are forgiven. Why? Because Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice so that we may receive every blessing from God. Remind God of the name of Jesus when you pray and say, “Lord, Jesus has sacrificed Himself for this blessing that I need.” Let not your heart be troubled. Jesus will come and do whatever you are asking for you.

Thirdly, have faith in the wounds of Jesus and in the Spirit of resurrection. Isaiah 53:5 says, “By the wounds of Jesus, you are healed,” and Matthew 8:17 says, “He took our weaknesses to heal us”. Jesus was sacrificed, and even today He is alive, risen on the third day, but the wound marks are still there in His body. Believe that His wounds are alive for you today. Say, “Lord, You went through these wounds for me.” He will heal your body, your heart, your marriage, your business, and your losses. Everything will become new, and you will receive a double portion. Romans 8:11 says, “The Spirit of Jesus will resurrect you, your soul, your family life, your finances, everything concerning you”. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (I Corinthians 6:19), and the One who is in you is greater than the one in the world (I John 4:4). No devil can overcome your life. Have faith, pray, and the healing power of Jesus shall come.

PRAYER: 
Lord Jesus, I come to You having faith in Your Word and in Your powerful name. You are my Healer and my Restorer. By Your wounds, heal my body, my heart, and everything that is broken in me. Let Your Holy Spirit raise every dead area of my life. I claim Your life-giving promises in my life and stand on Your Word today. Please fill me with Your peace. Let every weakness in the body leave and let Your strength rise within me. I receive my deliverance now. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen.
