Hey friends, it is wonderful to see you today. God's joy is coming into our hearts as we listen to His Word. Today's promise is from 1 Samuel 17:47: “And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands.” What a powerful statement this is! The first thing that comes to my eyes from this verse is that the battle is the Lord's.

You might be thinking, my friends, that the battle in your life is caused by other people. Yes, they may be opposing you, or problems may be opposing you, but remember that the battle is the Lord's battle. It is not merely somebody's battle against you. It is the Lord's battle which is allowed in your life.

Why? The next part of this verse says, “He will give you into our hands.” All these things will come into your hands. If somebody is stealing possessions from you, they will come back into your hands. Even those enemies will come and fall at your feet. This verse says that all those gathered there will know that the Lord saves. Through you and for you, the Lord saves. People will see the Lord in action in your life, and they will fear Him. Fearing Him, they will also fear you and surrender to you, saying, “Oh, don't let this Lord harm us.” It is the Lord's battle. Those people will see that it is the Lord fighting for you. So don't be afraid, my friends. Know that God is going to save you in this battle. The Bible says that the Lord does not allow any test in your life beyond what you can bear. He will give you the strength to face that test, and He will also provide a way of escape in it. 

One time, we heard that a government agency had received information that there was something wrong in our organization and that they were going to come and inspect us fully. Humanly speaking, we were afraid. What was this information? What might be wrong? But my friends, it was the Lord's battle. They came and inspected everything and found that nothing was wrong. Everything was perfect in our organization. It was amazing. We had nothing to fear. We had to know that it was the Lord's battle and that He would save us. He would fight for us, and He made it known that we are an organization of integrity, that we do everything perfectly even before the government's eyes. He will also make it known to your enemies that you are a person who does things right. They will honor you for it.

So, my dear friends, do not be afraid, for the battle belongs to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will fight for you and bring victory into your life. May the Lord deliver you from every battle and make His faithfulness known in your life. God bless you, my friends!

Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank You for reminding me that every battle belongs to You. When people oppose me, when problems arise, and when I face difficult situations, help me not to be afraid. Fight for me and give me strength to stand firm. Protect everything You have entrusted to me and restore whatever has been lost. Give me wisdom, integrity, and courage to walk uprightly before You. Let every situation be settled according to Your perfect will. Make known that You are with me, and let my life bring honor to Your name. Give me complete victory and deliverance. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
