Bethesda Prayer Center is chosen by God where His presence is inevitably experienced. Just like the Pool of Bethesda in John 5, where the sick and weary came for healing, multitudes come here with deep cries of the heart. People from all corners of the country and abroad visit Bethesda expecting a miracle for some need of their life and not one prayer offered here goes unanswered. We have received over 7,333 testimonies just in the previous year. Bethesda is located amidst the serene campus of Karunya Nagar, Coimbatore, often called the “Manchester of South India,” as it is one of Tamil Nadu’s largest cities with a population of over 31,59,000 lakhs people. It is a major hub for textiles, engineering, education, healthcare, and information technology. Yet, the common prayer requests of the people reveal the burdens they carry which include gift of child, marriage, family blessings, children’s future, visas, job transfers and admissions, deliverance from debts, business loss, unemployment, academic pressure, depression, suicidal thoughts, addictions, chronic illnesses, loneliness, property disputes, witchcraft, and evil spirits, restoration of broken relationships in the family, salvation of family members and much more.

Bethesda continues to be a sacred sanctuary of hope, healing, and transformation for all it’s visitors and callers. Over the past 32 years, it has blessed countless lives with God’s miraculous power.

I searched for a life partner for many years, but every proposal faced obstacles. Finally, I married a woman who had undergone open-heart surgery and was told she could never bear a child. Relatives doubted our future, but the day after our wedding we prayed at Bethesda for a blessed life. To everyone’s surprise, my wife conceived that very month. Doctors warned of life-threatening complications, but when I called the Bethesda Prayer Centre, a prayer intercessor assured me not to worry. The Lord answered our prayers and blessed us with a beautiful baby girl.

A Call to Partner with Bethesda Prayer Center Ministry 

From April 2024 to March 2025, Bethesda Prayer Center has ministered to 2,56,400 souls, each experiencing the touch of God. To carry forward this mission and to reach the 31,59,000 people in Coimbatore as well as to bless all its visitors, Bethesda requires atleast 600 voluntary prayer intercessors each month, 100 Ambassadors, and around 300 extended volunteers to help as worship, music, and care teams for this mission.
