My friend, God has a wonderful promise that He wants to fulfill in your life this month. We see it in, Ephesians 1:4–5: "For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will."

Yes, God has chosen us to be His son and His daughters. He is going to be a personal father to us. Imagine how it is to be sons and daughters of God.  Our Father will do all that it takes for our life to prosper. And at the same time He will make sure that we walk in the ways that He thinks is right.

He will want us to walk correctly, to do the right things, to behave in the right way and to do what is right in His eyes. So our heavenly father is going to personally make us walk holy and blameless according to that verse. So close united with Him that when people see us, they will see our Father in action. They will say, ‘I can truly see that he is the son, she is the daughter of Jesus. I can see Jesus in him.’

We are going to witness the Lord, He is going to transform us in such a way.

In Three Ways God is going to make us His Son and Daughter:

1. He covers you with His Grace:
"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins... in accordance with the riches of God's grace that He lavished on us." — (Ephesians 1:7)
The riches of God’s grace is going to come upon our lives. Tremendous grace, to cover us, to take us away from sin and to call us back to His sight. The more we try to run, He will never let us fall and be destroyed by sin. He will pull us back. That’s a great blessing. He will call us to be Holy by His sight. So receive that blessing as a son and daughter of God.

2. He reveals His purpose for our Life:
"With all wisdom and understanding, He made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ." — Ephesians 1:8 & 9

Many don’t know the purpose of their lives- where to go further in their career, which job to choose, which path to choose. They don’t know the future. But God promises here, as His sons and daughters to lead us according to the will in which He created us to be. To fulfil the purpose which He created us to fulfil and we will be so fulfilled in that career path, so joyful as the Lord is leading us to do the right thing that we have meant to do. We will not wonder like others, we will not doubt or afraid if we will be successful. But we will know that, as the Lord is leading, we will be successful. That’s the faith that God gives us.

3. He transforms our character:
"The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control." — Galatians 5:22 & 23
We are going to be seen as the sons and daughters of God in this world. Our nature is going to be transformed to be like Him, to receive a divine image of God, full of love, full of joy, full  of peace, kindness, self control, gentleness, all these various attributes of the Lord’s Spirit, He places in His sons and daughters so that they reflect the Father. So that people will see the Father through us. We are going to be surprised and say, ‘I am such a person of anger but God has made me show kindness instead, all my jealousy has been gone and I am so content and peaceful.’

May the Lord make you a new person, give you His wisdom, His nature to prosper and to serve people with the talents that He has given you and make you holy and blameless as children of God on this earth.  Enjoy this sonship and daughtership with God this month.
