"The Lord enables me to tread on the heights.” (Habakkuk 3:19)

God desires to take us to the heights of spiritual power, holiness, obedience, humility, joy, and hope and wants us to shout with the heights of joy (Jeremiah 31:12). This new month, the Lord Himself will lead us to the heights of the land (Deuteronomy 32: 12, 13), feed us with the fruits of our labor and prosper us.

From where does God lift us up? (Deuteronomy 32: 10, 11)

From the desert land: In the place of barren and howling waste, God finds us, shields us, cares for us and guards us as the apple of His eye. Like an eagle, He will carry us on His wings and take us to high places where there will be no more dessert or howling.

Whom does God raise to great heights? (Isaiah 40: 27-32)

  • To those who say ‘God has hidden His path from me’, ‘I have prayed so much and there is no answer to my prayers’ - God comes to care for them lifting them up with His love.
  • To those who are tired and weary - He will make us soar on His wings, so that we will never become weary or faint anymore.

What are the feet of a deer? (Psalm 18: 32-34)

It’s blameless strength. He enables us to have feet like those of a deer, helping us to climb higher to the highest places, making us blameless as children of God. In the barren, desolated place (Patmos prison) God’s voice lifted up John, His disciple and He showed him the things of the future. Jonathan was able to defeat the Philistines because He climbed up, even though they were outnumbered and the Lord went with them and battled for them (I Samuel 14:12).

God will speak to you in your times of desperation, fill you with the Holy Spirit, reveal your future, fight your battles, and grant you victory in every aspect of life.

My Loving Heavenly Father, bless Your children, lift them up, strengthen them, help them to climb up in their work, in their ministry, business and to live a holy life. Destroy the works of the devil and raise Your child to go up like the feet of deer to high places. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen.
